About Myself
I attended Mercersburg Academy in Mercersbuirg Pennsylvania, graduation in 1960.
From 1960 through 1964 I attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania receiving an AB degree in English and Economics with Honors in Economics.
After College I attended Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle,receiving a JD degree in 1967 and was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in November of that year.
Joined practice with the late Hon. John W. Keller and Niemond F. Keller in 1967 and have been in the private Practice of Law since then.
Solicitor for the Borough of Waynesboro, the Waynesboro Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board from January 1969 until 2008.
Solicitor of the Waynesboro Water and Sewer Authority from January 1969 until present.
Solicitor for Franklin County Planning Commission for 20 years.
Clients and former clients include many individuals as well as numerous Business and Corporate clients including Not for Profit Organizations and Civic groups.
